Strawberry grape and yogurt mousse
Strawberry grape and yogurt mousse is an easy-to-make and uniquely innovative recipe. It has a very delicate yet distinctive flavor, making it perfect for pastry and catering.
The chocolate version is also very popular!
Method
Soak the gelatin in a little cold water (60 g). Remove the remaining strawberry grape puree from the refrigerator and weigh out 100 g. Heat half of it and dissolve the softened and finely chopped gelatin in it. Add the remaining strawberry grape puree.
Blend the strawberry grape puree.
Whip the cream until semi-whipped and fold it into the strawberry grape and meringue mixture in two batches, using a spatula, using gentle movements so as not to deflate the mousse.
Garnish the mousse cake with strawberry grapes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
