Soft chestnut and cherry poached cake
The soft chestnut and chocolate cake is a delicious, fluffy dessert made with flour, eggs, sugar, chestnuts and chocolate, mixed together with butter. It has an intense flavour and a very soft texture, perfect for breakfast or as a sweet treat during the day.

Ingredients:
- 10% sweetened raspberry puree 500g
- Fresh butter 300 g
- Chestnut puree 200 g
- Sugar 140 g
- Eggs 160 gr
- Weak flour 340 g
- Baking 10 gr
- Chestnut cream 250 gr
- Poached cherries 150 gr
- Rum or vanilla infusion 25 ml
Preparation:
Method
Mix the softened butter, sugar and chestnut purée, add the eggs in three batches and the flour, previously sifted with the baking powder.
Mix the poached cherries with the chestnut cream and rum and add to the mixture.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into buttered cake tins and bake at 170/180°C for 40-45 minutes in a static oven.
