Method
Cut the cold butter into cubes. Place the flour, starch, ground almonds, and diced butter in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until smooth and add the powdered sugar. Finally, stir in the ROGELFRUT natural passion fruit juice and dissolve the salt.
Cake assembly
Line a perforated steel ring with the shortcrust pastry, rolled out to a thickness of 3.5 mm. Dry bake the tart on a perforated silicone mat and chill. Fill the tart with the ROGELFRUT apple filling and blast chill. Garnish with raspberries and decorate with silver sprinkles.
