- ROGELFRUT STRAWBERRY PUREE 510g
- SUGAR 100g
- LEMON JUICE 10g
- GRANITA BASE 100g
- WHOLE YOGURT 300g
- CREAM 35% 100g
- POCHÉED STRAWBERRIES 100 g

Method
Preparation of the strawberry stick:
Blend all ingredients except the poached strawberries with an immersion blender.
Pour the mixture into the molds, adding the whole poached strawberries.
Blast chill and unmold.
