Organic lemon sorbet with no added sugar
Organic lemon sorbet is a classic, but the sugar-free version is certainly not special. A unique recipe created for Rogelfrut by master confectioner Alessandro Racca.
Ingredients:
- 1750g WATER
- 1000g ORGANIC LEMON JUICE
- 800 g. MALTITOL
- 195 g ERYTHRITOL
- 155 g INULIN
- 20 g COLD FRUIT STABILIZER
Preparation:
Method
Mix the powders until smooth, dissolve them in water at 35°C, let stand for 2 minutes, and add the lemon juice. Blend for 2 minutes and stir as usual.
Blast chill and serve.
