Organic strawberry sorbet with no added sugar
Strawberry sorbet is a classic, but the sugar-free version isn’t for everyone. A special and unique recipe created for Rogelfrut by master confectioner Alessandro Racca.
Ingredients:
- 900g WATER
- 2000 g ORGANIC STRAWBERRY PUREE
- 750 g. MALTITOL
- 185 g ERYTHRITOL
- 85 g INULIN
- 15g COLD FRUIT STABILIZER
- 30 g ORGANIC LEMON JUICE
Preparation:
Method
Mix the powders until smooth, dissolve them in water at 35°C, let stand for 1 minute, and then add the strawberry puree and lemon juice. Blend for 2 minutes and stir as usual.
Chill and serve.
