blood orange and Campari sorbet
An alcoholic sorbet with intense, citrus notes. All the flavor of blood orange, paired with a classic aperitif.
Ingredients:
- Sucrose 308 g
- Dextrose 136 g
- Glucose 220 g
- Base 50 fruit 120g
- Blood Orange Juice 2600 g
- Water 416 g
- Campari 200 g
Preparation:
Method
Mix the powders evenly, dissolve them in water, leave to rest for 1 minute and add the freshly defrosted juice with the Campari, mix for at least 2 minutes and stir as usual.
Chill properly and serve in a display case or ice cream tub.
