Pastry channel: the flagship product is undoubtedly frozen fruit, from mixed berries to whole raspberries, from calibrated strawberries to blueberries. IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) fruit is perfect for all types of cold decoration and for creating specific recipes, including personalised creams and sauces. At the same time, pastry shops are also beginning to use fruit purées that pair better with classic dessert recipes, in the study of innovative and unique combinations: mango purée, passion fruit juice, raspberry purée, perfect with chocolate; strawberry purée, chestnut purée, apricot purée, for the great classics.
Ice cream channel: Rogelfrut has been an established presence in the ice cream channel for many years. Our products are undisputed leaders: from IQF fruit in various formats to fruit purées, perfect for optimised processing and superior quality. Our fruit purées are produced from fresh fruit and are not pasteurised, ensuring product standardisation throughout the year. It is difficult to find fruit that is perfectly ripe out of season or at the end of summer, and the result is often inconsistent over time.
In addition to ice cream production, the sector is moving towards the introduction of new products designed specifically for the summer period. Purees are also used to make granitas in tanks and slush machines, smoothies and fresh fruit juices. Rogelfrut’s new Tropical line completes the range of innovative purees and juices, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the fruit range.
Bar channel: the introduction of purees and natural fruit juices into the bar world is fairly recent but has immediately yielded excellent results, encouraging creativity among operators in the sector who are looking for products with low sugar content. Among the most widely used products for the production of cocktails and drinks are citrus juices, such as the highly prized Limone di Sorrento PGI, lime and blonde orange, freshly squeezed, late mandarin from Ciaculli, pink grapefruit, as well as purées and juices such as pomegranate, ginger, strawberry, raspberry, tropical mix, mango and papaya.
