Pear Filling

The semi-finished pear-based product, designed for bakery products and fillings, optimal for enriching tasty fillings with pies, cake bases, strudel, Venetian brioche with mixed leavening whose passage in the oven allows the product to release all its aromatic characteristics. It is packaged in 5Kg buckets and its storage is at room temperature.
