Our story began in 1978, in Italy’s largest province, as a company specialising in the cultivation and processing of seasonal fruit. It was the beginning of a unique adventure, with nature as the undisputed protagonist.
The selection of fruit at the best stage of ripeness, processing, storage and finally distribution are steps that express the commitment, authenticity and philosophy of a company that has always promoted respect for nature in all its forms. All our products are ready to use and guarantee the hygiene and safety that characterises consistent results and are excellent for optimising time during service and preparation. Frozen fruit purées and juices.
Frozen fruit purées and juices are the true expression of fruit available to professionals. Intense, vibrant and authentic, just like fresh fruit, purées and juices are frozen so that time cannot affect their nutritional and sensory characteristics. Thanks to the most advanced technologies and a certified technique, the fruit purées and juices contain no additives, flavourings or colourings and are the perfect ingredients for professionals in various sectors, including pastry chefs, cooks and bar tenders.
Citrus juices.
They are harvested at the right degree of ripeness and processed as quickly as possible to ensure that all the aromas and qualities of the citrus fruits are preserved. All juices are free from colourings, additives and flavourings. Our juices are also perfect for making one of the most eagerly awaited moments in a hotel stay unforgettable: breakfast. They are natural, rich
in flavour and vitamins. The long shelf life guaranteed by the cold chain allows us to offer a versatile product with unique characteristics that is always perfect.
Iqf fruit: Individual fruits, slices, cubes are processed using an innovative freezing technique, IQF (Individual Quick Freezing), which collects in an instant the purity of taste, shapes and textures that only Nature can give us in a few months of the year. This product has great versatility as it can be used for the preparation of meat or fish dishes, desserts and salads.
Pochée fruit: small fruits or cubes immersed in a bath of water and sugar; thus obtaining a semi-candy product at 50/55° brix. This product in the hands of professionals is an extra weapon to express your creativity in making layered desserts, thus daring, with textures or simply to dress a dish. Like the others listed above, cold is used as a natural preservative.
Fruit coulis: a sauce made with our purees with the addition of sugar until a brix of 28° is obtained. Our coulis are ideal for accompanying and garnishing desserts and meat-based dishes.

Mango, Strawberry, Raspberry, Passion fruit and Lemon are the first fruits that we transformed and packaged in UHT. A perfect range for use in catering, pastry and the world of blending. Our selection of purees and fruit juices at room temperature was born from the practical need for a simplified, rapid and functional preparation for every type of preparation.
