Strawberry Grape Sorbet
Strawberry grape ice cream is a unique product suitable for all seasons! With its vibrant, distinctive color, it’s a unique and delicious alternative.
Ingredients:
- 10% sweetened strawberry grape puree 500 g
- lemon juice 10 g
- granite base 100 g
- sugar 145 g
Preparation:
Method
Mix the powders with the water until smooth and pasteurise as usual.
Add the purées and juice, mix for at least two minutes and stir until creamy.
Chill properly and serve in a display case or ice cream tub at -12 °C.
